Worked with Women's Land Army during WW1 (Forestry & Conservation), planting trees in Bere Forest, Hants to replace those cut for ships. Annie Maria had a 2nd cousin Bruce Durant related through her grandmother Eliza Money. Bruce (real name possibly Arthur?) m. Ivy Cooper, a cousin of Reginald Jacobs.

 

Notes on Emmanuel James Lutman :

Volunteer in T.A., 1st Expeditionary Force to France 1914 (15th Hampshire Regt.) during WW1, killed at Ypres, awarded medals for valour and medallion.

Son of Alfred Lutman b 1833 and Elizabeth Randall  b 1839.

Alfred was son of James Lutman b. 1796 m. 1820 Harriet Mainer.

Alfred's sister Louisa b 1821 m. Samuel Houghton, they were parents of Kerzia/Thirza Houghton who m. William James Faithfull (1.3.5.2.2.4.1.9.2.1.4)
